Confanum Events Pro is a WordPress plugin — schedule, guests, FAQ, and event landing pages embedded as native Gutenberg blocks. Your domain, your brand, your data. No marketplace, no rerouting visitors.
Most "free" event-management platforms host your event on their domain. Visitors leave your site to register. The platform's brand becomes your event's brand. Confanum's plugin lives on your WordPress site so your audience never leaves.
Schedule, guests, ticket lookup — all rendered on your WordPress site. No hosted-marketplace redirect. No "powered by [competitor]" branding stamped on the checkout flow your fans see.
Drop blocks into any post, page, or template. Style with your existing theme. The plugin reads from Confanum's API; the rendering is your WordPress site's responsibility.
Email captures, ticket inquiries, FAQ engagement — all flows to your tools, your CRM, your inbox. Not a competitor's marketplace database.
Install from the WordPress.org repo, configure in 5 minutes, publish your event landing page in 30. Upgrade to Pro when you need more — multi-event, white-label, ticket lookup, advanced blocks.
Free for evaluating, single-event landing pages, and small recurring events. Pro for multi-event organizers who need the full block library. Bundled into the Mobile App Platform when you graduate to running the whole convention.
Install from the WordPress.org repo. Five blocks for a polished single-event landing page on your own WordPress site.
All 14 Gutenberg blocks. Unlimited events on your WordPress site. White-label, premium support, email integrations.
Pro plugin license is included at no extra cost when you run Confanum's full Mobile App Platform — the white-label app, dashboard, and operations tools.
Free is generous enough for a real event. Pro unlocks the full block library and unlimited events. Mobile App Platform adds the operational stack that runs the whole convention.
Eventeny's free tier is real and competitive. The price is the same. The structural difference is where your event lives.
Eventeny is excellent for artist alley jurying and vendor management. If that's your central need, keep using them. Many of our customers run both — Eventeny for vendors, Confanum Events Pro for the rest of the event. Comparison data based on each company's public pricing as of April 2026; verify directly with vendors.
No. The free plugin runs entirely on your WordPress site with no Confanum-side admin dashboard required. You configure each block in the WordPress block editor.
All event data is stored in your WordPress database. Uninstall removes the plugin code; your content stays in place (as draft posts) until you delete it manually. We don't keep a copy on our servers for free-tier users.
Yes — and you should. The plugin links to whatever ticketing provider you've configured (Eventbrite, Stripe checkout, your own custom flow). We don't insert ourselves into the checkout unless you opt in to Confanum's hosted ticketing add-on (Pro tier or Mobile App Platform).
Pro is a content/landing-page tool — schedule, guests, FAQ, ticket lookup on your WordPress site. The Mobile App Platform runs the operation: white-label iOS/Android app, admin dashboard, volunteers, panel submissions, reserved seating, on-site ops, badge printing, multi-year analytics. Pro is for the "I want a polished event website" buyer; the Mobile App Platform is for the "I want to run my whole convention" buyer.
Yes. Buy a Pro license, paste it into the plugin's settings page, and the additional blocks unlock immediately. Existing free-tier content stays in place.
A Pro license includes 1 year of plugin updates and email support. Renew at the end of year 1 to continue receiving updates. The plugin keeps working without an active license — you just stop receiving updates and bug fixes. (See Terms for the legal details.)
Yes. Both Free and Pro versions are GPL v2 licensed. The Pro plugin source ships with the download. We charge for updates and support, not for the code itself.
Target: end of May 2026. Subject to the WordPress.org plugin reviewer queue. We'll announce on confanum.com and email anyone who signed up for Pro launch updates.
Free tier on WordPress.org and Pro tier on confanum.com — both target end of May 2026. Drop us a line and we'll let you know the moment they're live.
