Vendors apply through your WordPress site, you review and approve from the dashboard, assign booth locations on the map, and a searchable vendor directory goes live in the mobile app and on your website. No spreadsheets. No email chains.
Schedule a DemoManaging vendors at a convention is a process that traditionally lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and paper forms. Confanum replaces all of it with a structured workflow: vendors fill out an application form on your WordPress site, you review and approve submissions from the admin dashboard, assign them a booth type with configured pricing and add-ons, and their listing flows automatically into a searchable directory on both your website and the mobile app.
The booth configuration system lets you define booth types (Standard, Corner, Double, Island), each with a base price and available add-ons (electricity, extra tables, Wi-Fi, early load-in). When you approve a vendor, you assign them a booth type and any add-ons β the total calculates automatically. Vendors can also select their preferences during the application process.
Once approved, vendors get access to a self-service portal where they can update their listing information (business name, description, categories, photos, social links), view their booth assignment, and check event logistics. On the map, their booth location appears as a tappable pin so attendees can find them easily. The WordPress plugin provides both a vendor directory block for your website and a vendor portal block for the self-service experience.
A WordPress form block lets vendors apply directly on your website. They fill out business details, select booth preferences, upload photos, and submit. Applications queue up in your admin dashboard for review.
View all pending applications in a sortable list. Approve, reject, or waitlist each submission. Approved vendors automatically get access to the vendor portal and appear in the directory.
Define booth types (Standard 10x10, Corner, Double, Island) with base prices. Configure add-ons like electricity, extra tables, Wi-Fi access, and early load-in with individual pricing for each.
Assign each vendor a booth location that shows as a pin on the interactive venue map. Attendees tap the pin to see the vendor name, description, category, and booth number. Find any vendor in seconds.
A vendor directory with search and category filtering appears in the mobile app and on your WordPress site via a Gutenberg block. Vendors are listed with photos, descriptions, and booth locations.
Approved vendors log into a portal to update their listing info, upload photos, view their booth assignment, and check event logistics. Changes sync to the directory and mobile app automatically.
Categorize vendors (Comics, Toys, Art, Clothing, Food, Services) so attendees can filter the directory. Vendors select their categories during application and can update them through the portal.
Each event can have its own pricing for booth types and add-ons. Configure electricity packages, table rentals, Wi-Fi access passes, early load-in slots, and any custom add-ons your venue requires.
Vendors visit your WordPress site and fill out the application form β business name, description, category, booth preferences, photos, and contact info. The form is a Gutenberg block you drop onto any page.
Applications appear in your admin dashboard. Review each one, approve or reject, assign a booth type and location, and add any add-ons. The vendor receives a confirmation and portal access.
Approved vendors automatically appear in the searchable directory on your website and in the mobile app. Their booth location shows as a pin on the interactive map. Attendees can browse, search, and navigate to any booth.
Through the vendor portal, vendors update their listing details, upload new photos, and check their booth assignment and event logistics. Changes reflect in the directory and app immediately β no admin intervention needed.
A searchable, filterable vendor list in the mobile app. Attendees browse by category, search by name, and tap any vendor to see their full profile, photos, and booth location with a link to the map.
A Gutenberg block embeds the vendor directory on any WordPress page. Search, category filters, and vendor cards with photos and descriptions. Indexed by search engines for pre-event discovery.
Each vendor's booth appears as a tappable pin on the venue map. Attendees pinch-to-zoom the floor plan, find the vendor's pin, and tap for details. No more wandering the exhibitor hall with a paper map.
