Overview

The on-site experience defines how attendees remember your event. The badge designer is a drag-and-drop template editor where you place attendee name, company, ticket type, QR code, and custom fields onto a badge layout. When attendees check in — either at a staffed station or a self-service kiosk — their badge prints immediately. Session-level check-in lets you scan QR codes at individual session doors to track exactly who attended which panels, workshops, or classes.

For trade shows and expos, each vendor booth gets a unique QR code. When attendees scan a vendor's QR, the vendor captures that attendee's contact information into their lead list — no more fishbowl business cards. Vendors access their leads through the vendor portal in real time.
